Awakenings Wellness Center and myself are following OHA mandates for medical settings. Therefore, as of April 3rd, 2023 masks will be optional in the building and in my studio.

If you are a new client, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out your client intake form, or you can click the link below to complete the form prior to your appointment.
